Working with a new therapist, or seeking therapy for the first time, can be a daunting process. I strive to create a nurturing environment so that you feel fully supported and comfortable from the outset. It is important that, with my support, you are able to take the lead in your personal therapeutic journey.
For both singles and couples seeking therapy, we will discuss your needs and aims in a free 15‑minute telephone call or online consultation. You will have the opportunity to share your expectations and goals for therapy, and it will help me learn more about you. From there, we can arrange an initial session to determine compatibility for ongoing work together.
In addition to psychotherapy, I also offer coaching focused on assertive communication and healthy confrontation, supporting clients who want to build confidence, express their needs clearly, and navigate challenging conversations with greater ease.
